At bedchamber, every piece is carefully prepared and packaged by hand before it leaves our studio. We aim to ensure that your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to countries within the European Union, the Schengen Area, and the United Kingdom.

Place of Dispatch
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Germany.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within Germany.
For orders to other destinations, including the European Union, Schengen Area, and the United Kingdom, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Orders are primarily shipped with DHL.
Depending on the destination or logistical circumstances, we may occasionally use another trusted carrier to ensure reliable delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally delivered without additional customs duties.
Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility for your order remains with bedchamber until it has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
