Return Period
We accept returns within 20 days of the date your order is delivered.
For customers within the European Union, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Natural Burmese Jadeite
Every bedchamber piece is made with natural Burmese jadeite.
As a natural material, each stone is unique and may naturally vary in:

colour;
-
translucency;
-
texture;
-
natural mineral inclusions;
-
internal lines or naturally occurring fissures.
These characteristics are part of the nature of Burmese jadeite and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.
Returns Related to Natural Characteristics
Returns based solely on natural colour variation, natural inclusions, naturally occurring internal lines or fissures, or minor differences in appearance from website images will not be treated as product defects.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
This statutory right is independent of our voluntary 20-day return policy and is subject to the applicable requirements under EU consumer law.
